The Booked Chair Challenge All nights

Day 7 of 7

Day 7: The whole machine

Two off your plan. You heard me say that last night.

Tonight there is nothing to write. You see the whole system on one page. You watch it running. Then I tell you what we sell, what it costs, and what it does not include.

About twenty minutes of video, in two parts. Then a few minutes to send your file and book your thirty minutes.

Your seventh upload and your thirty minutes are at the bottom of this page.

[[VSL: day7-part1-video-embed]]

The reset

At some point this week you will hit that daily limit, or a chat will get long and start acting confused. This is the fix, and it takes ten seconds.

If you ever hit the limit, open a new chat, paste in your business doc, paste in your voice file, and carry on where you left off. Or attach the file you saved to your phone. That is the reset.

Tonight that file is MY FILES DAY 6, last night's. It already has your business, your voice, your list, your plan and your ad in it.

New night, new chat

Same as every night. You only need a chat for the last thing on this page, and it is a brand new one.

One message is all tonight costs you, and that is the lightest night of the week. Last night was nine.

Tonight is a phone night. All of it.

Missing last night's file?

No MY FILES DAY 6? Use MY FILES DAY 5, or DAY 4, or DAY 3. Whichever is the most recent one you made.

None of them at all? Read on anyway. Nothing on this page needs a chat until the very bottom, and there is a way through it down there.

The two you already worked on

Open MY PLAN.

Past clients. On Day 5 you wrote to ten of them yourself. They went out the next morning. Whatever came back came back because you sent it. You did not pay anyone.

Discount ads. On Day 6 you saw why a discount keeps pulling in people who never come back. Then you wrote the opposite.

Nobody handed you those. You did them around a full day of treating people.

The ones that are left

Look at what is still on the list.

They are not harder than the two you worked on. They just never stop.

Asking for a review is easy. Remembering to ask after every single visit, forever, is not.

Rebooking one client takes thirty seconds. Rebooking every client without forgetting one is a different job.

Following up once is easy. Following up by hand is the thing that does not happen.

You cannot fix "follow-up is done by hand" by doing more follow-up by hand.

The two you crossed off were the ones you could sit down and finish in an evening. The rest only get fixed by something that runs whether or not you remember.

The whole thing, on one page

Three layers. Plain-word legend underneath.

Three layers. Read it top to bottom once. Do not try to learn it.

The top layer is how new people find you. Something useful first, prices published, no discount hook. The ad you wrote on Day 6 sits here. It points at a quiz that asks a few questions and sends back a real answer with your prices in it. That quiz is the thing I told you last night you do not build in half an hour.

The middle layer is everything after somebody raises her hand. The message at nine at night that gets a real answer fast, inside five minutes. Booked. Reminded. Chased when she does not show. Asked for a review afterwards. Asked back when the treatment is due. And the past-client messages you sent by hand on Day 5, going out on their own instead of when you remember.

The bottom layer is where every booking came from, so you know what made money instead of guessing.

That is the map. The rest of this page is me showing you it is real.

The same thing in words

HOW NEW PEOPLE FIND YOU the ad you wrote on Day 6
the quiz it points to, and the report it sends back
                            |
v (she answers the quiz, messages, or calls)
EVERYTHING AFTER SHE RAISES HER HAND
answer within five minutes ...... "nobody answers fast enough"
follow-up when nobody replied .... "follow-up is done by hand"
    booking, reminders, no-show recovery
review request after the visit ... "reviews never get asked for"
rebooking when treatment is due .. "nobody gets asked back"
past-client messaging, running on its own (Day 5, crossed off)
                            |
                            v
WHERE EVERY BOOKING CAME FROM ......... "nothing is tracked"

One piece of it, up close

Before any of this, one thing. Anna and The Willow Room were made up. I told you that on night one.

Everything from here to the end of the video is not. A real account, a real conversation, a real setup. Names and numbers are taken out. Nothing else is.

Boxes labelled in plain words. Message bodies blurred.

That is one piece of the middle layer. One.

It is a list of if-this-then-that steps. In the trade it is called a workflow, and there is one of these behind every item on your plan.

I am not going to walk you through it and I am not going to pretend it is simple. You are looking at it for the same reason I am not explaining it.

Here it is working

Real timestamps, names removed, unedited.

Look at the times as you read. They are exactly as they happened. I have not touched one of them.

On Day 5 you wrote messages and sent them yourself.

This is every message after that one.

The reply when she asks the price. The answer when she says she needs to think about it. The nudge two days later. The one that gets her to pick a time.

Claude writes those. Same Claude you have been typing into all week. Same skills you installed on Day 2. Trained the way you trained yours, pointed at your messages instead of your posts.

Everything you learned on Days 1 to 3 is what makes it sound like a person.

And the same rule as Day 5 and Day 6.

If somebody replies with a medical question, you answer it. Not your AI. You.

Day 5 that was past clients. Day 6 it was strangers from your ad. Tonight it is this, running without you, and the rule does not change. It books and answers. It does not treat.

Read the thread. A question after hours. An answer. A price question. The published price. A request for a day. A booking link. The appointment on the calendar.

Nobody typed those replies. She asked at night, got a real answer, and booked herself in. The first anyone knew about it was a name on the next day's calendar.

What "scripts" actually means

As an image, not selectable.

This is one of them. The message for a no-show. Read it.

Notice it does not mention a treatment anywhere. That is on purpose. The treatment is the only thing that changes between practices, so the script is written around the gap.

On Day 5 you wrote one of these yourself.

There is one for every moment a client goes quiet.

Your marks, on the chart

Her Day 4 marks rendered onto the pieces that fix them.

These are the ones you marked on Day 4. You picked them. We did not.

Each one is sitting on the piece of the system that fixes it.

What you built this week is one piece of one layer, done by hand. Ten texts and one ad. The real version has all of it running without you touching it.

Your week, in numbers

If a field is empty, drop that clause and keep the rest. If all four are empty, replace this whole block with one sentence:

The question

Every mark on that chart is a piece of a system.

Every one of them is sitting on your shoulders.

How much of this do you want to keep doing by hand?

Nothing you learned this week is wasted either way.

You know how this works now. Nobody gets to sell you nonsense about marketing again. That was the point.

Part 2: what we sell

This is the selling part. It runs about eight minutes. If you stop here, your seventh upload and your thirty minutes are still at the bottom of this page and nothing about them changes.

[[VSL: day7-part2-video-embed]]

What delivered this week

Seven days. Same time every night. Right day every time. It never forgot where you were.

None of that was me at a computer.

The system on that chart delivered this challenge to you.

I am not smarter than you. I have had longer to learn how to point these tools at a job.

The catch, named

The page you signed up on said there was a catch and that I would tell you what it is. This is it.

Nothing is monthly

No subscription. No membership that renews. Nothing that catches you in eight months.

I am saying that before the price because of what you have been sold before.

The two numbers you can check

Everything on that chart, you now know how to build. That is what the free week was.

What we sell is that same week of work, already done, running without you.

The platform, on your own$97 a month
Year one$1,164
Three years$3,492
The platform's own AI for messaginganother $97 a month
Both together, year one$2,328
Texts, either wayabout eight tenths of a cent each. 500 texts is about $4

Both of those are on their pricing page. Check them. I would rather you did.

What is in it

  1. 1
The platform, inside our account. No monthly subscription, ever. On your own that is $97 a month, $1,164 a year.
  2. 2
Claude trained and wired in. The platform's own version of this is another $97 a month per account.
  3. 3
The system, with every step already built and connected.
  4. 4
The quiz, and the report it sends back, built and connected to the ad you wrote on Day 6.
  5. 5
The script library. Bringing past clients back. No-shows. Rebooking. The price conversation. The I-need-to-think-about-it conversation.

Break here. Go and look at your plan again. Everything from here down is on it.

  1. 1
The in-depth AI training, past where this week stops.
  2. 2
AI video for your ads, and how we actually make it.
  3. 3
Everything you learned on Day 2 about not sounding like AI, running on every message without you.
  4. 4
The 30-day guide, block by block.
  5. 5
Every training guide we use inside our own business.
  6. 6
Both rules cards, kept current when Meta changes the rules. The texting one from Day 5 and the ads one from Day 6. Plus medical director requirements, the HIPAA line, and the photo release form.
  7. 7
Your texting number approved for you, with consent and opt-outs handled properly.
  8. 8
    The guarantee.

Five more things that are in there

Your week, already loaded. Your business file. Your voice file. Your plan. The message you wrote on Day 5 and the ad you wrote on Day 6. All of it is in the system on day one, so you do not open a blank screen. The hardest part of the setup is the part you already did, four nights ago, on your phone.

The full prompt library. Every prompt you used this week, plus the rest. The checkup. The content ones. The ad one. And the ones we use inside our own business that never made it into the challenge.

Your texting number set up for you, which we normally charge for. Getting a business number approved to send texts means forms, waiting, and sometimes a rejection. We do it and we resubmit until it goes through. It sits in week one of the guide, and it is the most likely place this stalls for you.

A number you can text and an email, answered by a person. Not a ticket form. Not a chatbot. Not a group you have to search.

Every update, forever. When Meta changes its rules, the cards get updated and you have the new ones. When we improve the system or add scripts, you get those too. No renewal and no upgrade fee.

The price

$300. Once.

No setup fee. Nothing monthly. No cap on how many people can buy it, and I am not going to invent one.

Three months of that subscription is about what this costs.

Last night we worked out what it costs to buy a client. And why that is a client, not a visit. That is the arithmetic to hold this against.

$300, once

It is yours

It is yours. If you ever want to leave, you take everything with you.

I am telling you that before you buy, because the version where you are locked in is the one to worry about.

What it does not include

No done-for-you build at this price. You get it assembled and you install it block by block, with a guide and a video for each.

No marketing management at this price.

You pay for your own texts and emails at cost.

If you run ads, Facebook bills your card directly and that money never comes near us.

It is built for one location with you running it. Three locations and five providers is a different thing.

Support is the number and the email. Standing scheduled calls come with the done-for-you tiers.

The other door

There is a second way to do this and I would rather name it than have you find it.

You can go and start a trial on the platform yourself. The link is below.

That is an affiliate link. If you sign up through it, we get paid. Now you know, and you can decide what to do with that.

Then the arithmetic. Three months of that subscription is about what this costs. A year on your own is $1,164, and that is before you have written a single script.

Start a trial on the platform (affiliate link, opens in a new tab)

The guarantee

Work through the first block of the 30-day guide. If what you get is not what I described tonight, I refund you in full.

I am not going to promise you a number of bookings. Nobody has finished this challenge yet, so I would be making it up.

What this is built to do is make a $10,000 month the normal month instead of the good one.

If you refund, your access to the account is switched off. Saying that here rather than letting you find it later.

What happens after you buy

  1. 1
Your account and the portal, straight away.
  2. 2
The 30-day guide opens at block one.
  3. 3
The texting number application starts immediately. We handle the forms and any resubmission.
  4. 4
A number you can text and an email address, answered by a person. Same day on weekdays. Next day at weekends.

If you do not buy

And if you do not buy, here is what happens. Nothing.

The portal stays open. Your Rewire still gets written. Your thirty minutes still happens. There is no countdown on this page and there is not one coming in your texts.

Questions

Will it sound like a robot to my clients?

That is the right question to ask first, and most AI in this space does sound like a robot. The thread further up this page is the honest answer. Those are real messages with real timestamps. Judge them yourself. What makes it sound like a person is the same thing you spent Days 1, 2 and 3 on.

I am not technical.

Almost nobody who buys this is. The build is done. What you do is work through a guide, one block at a time, with a video for each. And the part that usually stops people, the texting number, we do for you.

It was free. What is the catch?

This is it, and it is the whole of it. At the end there is a version already built, for $300. The seven days work whether or not you buy it.

$300 seems too cheap to be real.

It is cheap, deliberately. It is the first thing we sell, not everything we do. It is built once. It goes out the same way to everyone. Selling it to a hundred people costs us about what selling it to two does. That is the whole reason the number can be what it is.

Before you close this

Your seventh upload. Three steps, one paste.

Start a new chat. Attach MY FILES DAY 6. Then paste the block below.

Prompt 7

Attached is my file from last night. Build me the final version of it.

Keep both headings that are already in there: YOUR FILES, then
THIS WEEK'S WORK. Under each one, keep everything that is already
in there, in the same order, with the numbering carrying on. Do not
shorten anything and do not add anything.

Then add one last section at the bottom, titled MY PLAN AT THE END
OF THE WEEK. In it:

1. List the items from MY PLAN that are marked done or crossed
off, in the order they appear.
2. List the ones still open, in the same order they are in MY PLAN.
3. Use only what is already in the attached file. Do not add a
problem I did not write down, do not reorder my list, and do
   not add advice.

Title the whole thing MY FILES DAY 7 with today's date. Then give
it to me as a .txt file I can download.

It builds the document and gives you a download button. Tap it and save the file. Your phone may open it to show you first, which is normal. Use share, then save.

Then upload it in the box below.

No download button, or out of messages for the day? Upload MY FILES DAY 6 instead. It counts. Never made one? Upload whichever one you have. Do not lose the night over it.

If no download button appears, or you have used up your messages for the day, upload MY FILES DAY 6 instead. If you have nothing to upload at all, press send anyway. Do not lose the night over it.

And if you missed a night somewhere in the week, send what you have. We write it from that.

Then the form. Nothing on it can stop you finishing.

MY FILES DAY 7, or whichever one you have. A .md, .txt, .docx or .pdf.

Roughly how many replied, and how many booked (optional)

Your written Rewire comes back inside three working days.

Your written Rewire comes back inside three working days.

Then book your thirty minutes.

[[CALENDAR_EMBED]]

One a day.

If there is nothing open, press send anyway. You are on the list and I will come to you.

What you are working toward

Upload your files every night, in the box under that night's video. Ten seconds a night, seven nights. That is the only thing we ask of you all week.

Then we read all of it and build you your Rewire. Four things come back in it.

  • 1

    Everything you built this week

Put together in order. One place instead of seven.

  • 2

Where your business stands right now

    In your own numbers.

  • 3

Your starting level with the AI.

What you got good at this week, and the one thing to practise next.

  • 4

The fixes we would make first

In order, with the reason for that order.

Then thirty minutes with me to walk through it. I do one of those a day, because that is all I can do properly.

It is the same write-up we build for paying clients, run on your business.

It is the same process we started with for the practice in our case study. She came to us with zero clients. Five months later she had a $13,188 month.

Seven nights of uploads, and it is yours.

Tonight is the seventh.

Optional

If you want to look closer

Block one of the 30-day guide. The first week of the build, so you can see the shape of it before you decide anything.

That one piece, full size. The same picture from further up, big enough to read the labels. The boxes are labelled in plain words. The message bodies are blurred, because the boxes are the method and the bodies are the thing we sell.

What "it is yours" means in practice. Everything you build lives in your own account. Your contacts, your messages, your history. If you ever leave, you export it and take it. You would need your own subscription at that point, which is the $97 a month further up this page.
